What does "your own domain" mean?

This means that you have a domain name to associate with your Hosterra Email account. Your email addresses will then take the form whatever-you-want@your-domain.com. Whether you have registered a domain name with Hosterra or another hosting provider, you can use your domain with Hosterra Email.

What is the non-transfer guarantee?

The non-transfer guarantee is part of Hosterra's terms of sale. We take the commitment that under no condition your data can leave (even temporarily) the data center where you decided to place your mail account. Unlike the big hyperscalers (Google, Amazon, Microsoft), no replication phenomenon takes place between our data centers.

How does the money-back guarantee work?

The "satisfied or refunded" guarantee works on all Hosterra Email offers. You can activate this clause during the first 30 days of your subscription, simply by sending us an e-mail or by opening a support ticket.

Is it possible to change the offer during the cycle?

You can upgrade your SoloBox, FamilyBox, ProBox or MapBox account to a larger package right from your Hosterra customer account. You can upgrade your MaxBox-XL account by contacting us. It is not possible to upgrade a BasicBox account.

Is it possible to send marketing campaigns?

No. Hosterra Email is a collaborative email management platform. Its purpose is to manage the emails, calendars and contacts that are commonly used in personal and professional life. It is not designed to send commercial campaigns or transactional emails.
