What does "managed server" mean?
This means that Hosterra takes care of everything for your server: server provisioning, operating system and software updates, maintenance operations, security patches. You use Plesk or SSH to manage your storage space with the certainty of always having a completely up-to-date machine.
What is the non-transfer guarantee?
The non-transfer guarantee is part of Hosterra's terms of sale. We take the commitment that under no condition your data can leave (even temporarily) the data center where you decided to place your vault. Unlike the big hyperscalers (Google, Amazon, Microsoft), no replication phenomenon takes place between our data centers.
How does the money-back guarantee work?
The "satisfied or refunded" guarantee works on all storage offers. You can activate this clause during the first 30 days of your subscription, simply by sending us an e-mail or by opening a support ticket.
Is it possible to change the offer during the cycle?
The short answer is yes! And we will do our best to simplify the process. However, please be aware that this is a manual process and we have to study each individual case before we can tell you how to proceed.
